The slowest driver I know...

How is it that the slowest driver I know, a unpopular member here, has just managed to pick up his 2nd lot of speeding points, despite only being about 15 years old :P

Slowest driver. AA doesn't exceed 45 MPH, as we well know. But ...  15 years old.... :-X

I'm struggling... ;D

But I do have a clean license. ;)
