How do i get my plate done?

Help me decide.

I'm getting it spaced out obviously only for car shows etc, now the registration number is YE5* XDK, I can't decide on how to have it spaced, it's going to be either:

YE5 6X DK
YE5 6XDK
YE 56X DK

How would you get it done?

Poll up I need help nor me or my son can decide  :(

Yes, sex or D**k?? No offence meant but yours is a pretty general plate to the casual eye so i would'nt bother. If you only want a show plate then invent one from scratch as we all did with our forum names. The other option is to look for a private plate which can be funny or individual to you & road legal. L9 MUF (on my MV6) is much more fun than the original S plate & only cost £160. It's also a short reg which stands out that bit more. You could find an equivalent with your name/initials or another funny word for similar money if you searched a few sites without having to space the letters & get pulled over every 5 minutes. Guy. :y

guys got a point there yer plate is a norm everyday one that hasnt got much room for change and i can see that del wont be cheap D 8OY..D3L BOY..D3L 80Y...D 30Y...DEL 130Y i bet theres more ways to do it

Which is the reason yo might as well do it legally in the 1st place as plod will cost you twice that if they pull you for it.

That's probably the best route matey. If you space the letters it'll only look different to you & you'll get pulled over constantly. ::)

I quite like DB51 DKB, DB is good and DKB are my initials, it's £249 on the car  :y

However Del, which vehicle do you intend to put it on?
The BMW? I saw that on ebay the other day, so I assume you're trying to sell it? A private registration means you will need to get a replacement V5C and tax disc, and then if you wish to sell the vehicle it's assigned to and retain the plate, it will require another new V5C and tax disc. I'm unsure of how quickly the DVLA will do it all. If it's similiar to the V5C's when you purchase a vehicle, it could be up to a month  :-/

Yeah the BMW, did very poorly on eBay, but had 4 viewings on it today who offered me £10,895, £10,900, £9,700 and £10,000. I like it though and I like to keep one car for a while to potter around in  :-/
