Poor Bugger.....what a name to live up to!!

As part of my job, I have to take service calls, mostly I can save one of our engineers a trip if I can sort it on the phone.
Just took a call for a broken (vandalized) camera. The guy on the end of the phone gave me the location, and to my request for a name and contact number he said " Newbridge ******, Dick turpin."

After I giggled quietly, he said "Richard Turpin really, but my parents had a sense of humour...........my brother is called Mick, and my sister is called Nic(ola), and my Dad is Vic"

Parents..................there ought to be a law........

There was a girl in my class at high school who went with a bloke/boy called Neil Wiper yip her name was Wendy I wonder if she married him Wendy Wiper ;D ;D
