I love my car but I hate the fact that is only has 4 gears !!

All my friends make fun of my car cuz of that, since all of their stupid cars have either 5 or 6 gears with almost the same engine size !!
 
couldnt vauxhall put a couple of more gears in there ?? Im sure it would have had been for the better if they did.

But I still love the way it goes fast fast and really fast !!

I used to have a car with a 3 speed init.  2nd gear was 112mph.

And plus anyway, I mostly compare the luxury and stuff that my car has, provided that its 8 years old !!
None of their cars had this sort of technology back then !!

Lol, clearly they do not understand why they have more gears.

Its often a sign of a power plant with a peaky torque curve which requires shorter shifts rather than the nice flat one on the V6.

So put simply, they have more gears because there engines have shite torque curves

Select second gear on the shift, press the sports mode button, turn off the traction control, invite them as passengers for a brisk drive around the twisty bits (after doing a full risk assessment of course) and recommend they bring along a change of underwear
