ive got freeview and its the same repeats over and over again. absolute trash as usual

It's ALL bloody naff! >:( I'm sick to death of swmbo flicking channels to find something she or me haven't just watched earlier in the day or yesterday or just last bloody week! I know the saying is 'what goes round comes around' but the tv 'programmers' are taking the proverbial!! :-X
