Mini-facelift all day long, far to much flimsy plastic on the newer ones IMHO :)

I have had 15 pre facelifts, 2 facelifts. I prefer the shape and lines of the facelift ouitide, but FAR prefer the class of the pre-facelift interior. I do not like the window switches in the facelift, nor that namby pamby space cadet bloody launch pad that is the climat panel in the facelift. Give me good old dials and wood anyday.

Currently playing with a facelift model, but still prefer the wifes 2.5CDX Estate pre-facelift.

Neither do I. Every time I need to wind down the driver's side window I get the switch for the rear window instead of the front. It's been like this for 4 months now. Local car park attendants all think I'm nuts.

Was even worse before I treated the rear one to a bit of PTFE spray because I'd be battling to get the damn thing back up again!

Good job I don't use car washes really.

;D I know what you mean... I've been doing it for 5 years and can't kick the habit. What's worst -

(driving towards the car park) and now lets open the window to get a ticket from the machine...

(minute later) hmmm. I thought I opened the window... oh well, I guess I didn't. so lets open the window...

(take ticket. park car)

(one hour later. coming back to the car)  argggg! why is the rear seat soaking wet???!!!!!

I have the same problem with the windows!!

BTW the ash tray is under the radio, ash should never be thrown out of the window, it goes into other cars open windows, and most dangerously of all motorcyclists eyes - even under glasses.

I nearly crashed on a twisty road when the car infront chucked out fag ash when I was temporarily blinded - I emergency stopped on a busy dual carriageway!

I voted "Pre-facelist interior but facelift exterior"... mainly because the facelift doesn't have those hideous black trim strips that look so early 90s these days. Saying that the grille on the facelift looks better suited to a Scania truck so there's not much in it :D

Much prefer the interior on the pre-facelift though, facelift is just ugly and boxy looking, no idea what they were thinking with that "upgrade" :O
