.... home, fed and watered after a most enjoyable roadtrip from Scotland to Newent and return (via WIM at Chesham) making and remaking friendships face to face with those in OOF-land.
Thanks particularly to DLK and Chrisgixer for changing front wishbones and rear bushes respectively. Most appreciated, and the change in the ride is really quite dramatic, given that the fronts were only slightly ripped and the rears appeared undamaged. No clunky-ish noises anymore, no shoogly, rattly steering, no wayward (to me anyway...) dropping of the rear when going into corners 'with gusto' that was there previously. Simply, thanks...
Once full geo set back up at WIM with two new rear F1's really enjoyed the latter part of the trip home as was then on familiar roads and knew where and what to watch for.
I was intending to stay in the tent on the Sunday then drive down the road Monday morning but the rain started early doors and appeared set to continue after most folks were away so dropped the tent, threw it into the car and drove down to Chesham and into a Premier Inn nearby. Few (!) pints of Hobgoblin on draught and a steak dinner was most enjoyable - as was the Big Boys full breakfast which kept me going all day until this evening.

Hope you all enjoyed the weekend asmuch as I did and looking forward to the next one already.
To all, thanks for participating in OOF....
