I personanlly think  there is a lot of truth in the conspiacy theories, but agree this thread is to remember those who perished who had nothing to do with the why's of wherefore's of what happened on that sad day.  For that reason I would respectfully ask that 2 threads are run.

Zulu - you're right about another thread being appropriate.


As to that actual day I remember someone coming in to the office saying that they're flying planes into landmarks across the US, we went up to the conference room, stuck on the TV and watched in shock as the towers came down, reports flying all over the place (one was about a car-bomb in a van outside the whitehouse(!?)) - all part of the confusion on the day I guess
