Passports, and how much?

Long time since I last got a passport want one quick, me, my sons and a mate should be off to Ibiza for a lets get laid break  :) How much is a passport these days? One for me a 41 year old, and one for a 16 year old?

And its more of a pain now, as you need more proof of identity, even if you already have one.

If you need it very quick then an appointment and a trip to a Passport office is in order... Take a good book and be prepared for a long wait ::) ;)

IIRC you can pay the post office to check your ID to avoid sending the originals off.

£77.50 each plus £8 for post office check & send service. Sent mine & the wifes yesterday. :y

Cheers people, how does it go for 16 year olds, is he classed as an adult or what? I can't see anything about it on the website?

Over sixteen you get an adult passport.

But  you got to have an interview now befor you get your passport or have they changed it , My daughter had to go for one last year
