 I sorry if im speaking out of term here ( to the male members ) but why do some male members on here seem to like to have a go ( those words are within the forum guidelines !!!could have said a lot worse !) at women ,sexist coments about bad driving, blonde jokes and boobs,? why seems to me the little click groups will stick together and carry on and get away with it a friend of mine bought an omega a few weeks ago,she saw the " OMEGAOWNERS,COM" Stickers on my car, she looked and was discusted at what she saw, is this what you want ? if so i will take the forum stickers out my car ....why advertise a forum that is not welcome to everyone..... just to add my brothe has also looked and said as a man he would not join !!!

if a program comes on the telly i disagree with,i dont then waste my time whinging to the programme makers, i simply change the channel and look at something else.

They are jokes - a bit old fashioned/ politically incorrect etc. but dont take it personally. Irish jokes are also posted regularily, I was born and bred in the Emerald Isle, but I dont take offence.
If its funny I laugh, if its not funny I dont. But I know there is no malice intended, so I take it in that spirit.
I dont for one minute believe that anyone on here actually believes that blondes are all stupid and that women are all crap drivers, its just a laugh. Nothing more, nothing less.

That is why i dont come on here more than once a month, better stuff on 999 tv chanels,not like most sad people that are on here all day every day, thought when i bought my omega  i might be able to join a friendly community with a commom interest, ok i was wrong !!!!!!!! SORRY

I'm one of the 'sad' people, and this IS a friendly community with a common interest. Having said that I wouldn't miss your 'monthly' visit at all.....and i'm NOT SORRY!

The community is incredibly friendly in my experience.Some of the lengths members have gone to, to help one another on occasions have been amazing tbh.
It is easy as a new member to hink that it is a bit cliquey, but I found the more I joined in and got involved, the more I felt accepted. Which automatically means you get the p**s taken more, but it is banter between friends, and almost always done with the best of intentions.

I think basically this site is very friendly and extremly helpfull. That said there can appear to be an "inner clique". I would avoid the general chat section if not keen on the jokes etc.

All the other sections are clean and well mannered in my opinion.

I hope I have not offended anyone with this.

Fletchersmrs - I think you ask a valid question  , although I couldn't agree more with Albs reply, as I hinted at on another post

I believe you have more than a strong enough personality to 'hold your own' here in, what is likely to always be a male oriented environment.  The fact that it is a predominately male envirnoment does not preclude you or any other female member.
