driving a German/French car to a kurdish Pub.. Buying local or American beer.. then eating home food (as the budget is limited).. Sitting on a italian/local furniture.. And watching American film on a spanish made Sony..

German car with British engine, French gearbox,, English countryside pub and Cider, like curries though, furniture is British, but TV is Spanish made Japanese

Being Spanish.

Driving a Spanish built Seat, drinking Spanish brewed beer, eating Spanish produced food (pork mostly to keep up the 500 year old tradition of Feending the outgoing Muslims), going on holiday to Spain and being very uninterested in what happens outside the country. All done as extended families too.

I could add, having long breaks, long chats with long lost friends (last seen only yesterday) and shrugging their shoulders when the supply chain doesn't work.

For me, being British is going to Birmingham or London and noticing that we as an "indiginous people" are becoming a minority now.
Great Britain is a melting pot of cultures, colours, and peoples, truly we are a metropolitan country, we allow any person from virtually any other country to come here, make it their own with religous buildings and specialist shops that only sell their countries wares, and welcome them with open arms and benefits from our Social services.
We must be the only country in the word that will do this, and yet we are peacefull, have few riots and civil unrest, and we all live together in "harmony".
Does that not make Britain a kind of "Great"
In other countries it has caused all kinds of religeous civil wars and riotous behaviour, and made multi-culturism a dirty word. BRITISH people are amongst the most tolerant, forgiving, peaceful peoples there are.

BTW, I am born and bred and categorized as British, but do consider myself an ENGLISHMAN.
