I swear by Samsung phones so got the Omnia. It has got to be single-handidly the worst phone I've ever owned! Camera doesn't work, never has and they refused to replace the phone. Touch screen has a mind of it's own. The only time the tinternet is any good is when I'm at home on the wi-fi. I will be upgrading soon to the Galaxy and they have the 14 days grace period to make me go 'WOW' or they can have it back.

I had a Tocco until a few months ago & it was the biggest pile of poo.
Kept freezing for no reason, crap signal strength & when it wouldn't communicate with my lappy that was the last straw >:(
I have a Nokia X6 now & i love it. I can't fault it at all :) :)

<On>

I don't have personal 'phone any longer. :y

Was using a SE 910i which was reasonable for my purposes but got fed up and threw it into a box under the desk where it has joined two Palm Treo 600's, two Blackberries and some other type of SE.

It's for me, at least, a wonderfully liberating experience as I got fed up having to talk to people when I didn't want to.

phone topics are always a can of worms, what suits one dont suit another.
samsung have done a lot to improve from earlier phones which were slow. first one i had went to the kids who strangley managed to "break" it.

samsung wave i have now is a great improvement. it uses the bada software. where i believe the galaxy uses the andriod software.

touch screens work and are quick to use. you can turn off power saping applications easily.
