That's the same Dell keyboard that all their customers have  :P
Not quite - business customers get larger, stronger ones...
We had those supplied with our Optiplexes for quite a while, although out of curiosity I checked the new batch that i'm ghosting next week and they have changed them now.

Odd, we've been getting the larger type with our Optiplex systems for a couple of years now  :-?

None are as good as the old 10yr old Dell 'Quietkey' keyboard I use at work (those who know what company I work for will see the irony in that). That is indestructable, and has survived 10yrs of me beating the living daylights out of it on a regular basis  :-[

Is that the old PS2 model that they supplied with servers, got a heavy upwards slope on it?

I used to hide them when they came in! Finally stopped using them when I became a natural convert.

The quietkey? No. It was supplied as a replacement keyboard, or if you ordered a keyboard with a lappy etc. Beige, and about 10yrs ago. Indestructable.

I beg to differ.. if you hit one hard enough you can make the Escape key go flying off..  :-[ :-[

(The crappy black replacements as seen in your photo just collapse and the legs snap off..  :-[ :-[)

I may have had the odd key come off, but they do clip back on OK. Space bar is more fiddly.

These black one, I'm impressed with its durability, given its cheap, flimsiness. Not managed to break it yet, buy rights it should be in several bits....
