Logistics - Midlands Members can you help?

Seen a car on ebay - ideal initially for my needs - 3.2 mv6 estate.

Now i dont yet know if i will be bidding ( awaiting some answers - cambelt and tensioners etc - and additional pictures)

All being well and if it sits in a nice price range i will probably bid.

But its 280 miles from my Glasgow base in a place called alcester... :-/

Which is apparently 1 hour from East Midlands Airport....

Does anyone know of this place alcester and is East Midlands Airport the nearest? Anyopne near to " Alcester?"

Its south of Birmingham and a shed load closer to Birmingham or Coventry airport than East Midlands...

Near Stratford?  About half an hour from me.  Near BHX and Coventry airports.

thanks guys....seems according to the aa to be about 24 miles from Birmingahm airport - which i can get to for £31 one way including tax....heres hoping the answers are acceptable then and the pictures are unquestionable.

About 5 to 10 minutes from my work.

About 6-7 miles up the A422 from Inkberrow.

Where in Alcester is it?
