I'd say they were.  How many times this season has there been an overtake, on the track, for the lead?

But once you leave the land of make believe gaming, you'll find its the same old dull 'racing' (in the loosest sense)

Jaime, I think you should ban yourself from F1 threads as the tune's always the same.

I understand, and value, that everybody is unique, with different tastes etc.

BUT I have yet to find anybody who will sit in front of a freshly painted wall, watching it dry, purely for pleasure.

I really do struggle to see any excitement in any F1 race.  Those that I have seen recently, admittedly not many, I fail to see the excitement that the post race pundits talk about, and bemused how they cream their jeans over the only 'overtake' in the race, during a pitstop.

Motorsport should be exciting, and should involve 'racing' in the true sense - man and machine, wheel to wheel.

The 'win' should count for more. 2nd should be classed as losing.  It seems the current crop of drivers lack any desire to win a race, everything is about the championship.  Thats what happens when too much money is involved.
