i go shopping in staines now and then,its only 10 mins in the car if that. the centre isnt bad but the place is very plain and boring, and the people are pretty ignorant.

I have to say that "Staines-on-Thames" sounds too much like "Blot-on-the-Landscape" to me!

That will require more thought. (or less) ;D
