Used to do the march through in my younger days in the ATC and also carried the standards on behalf of various organisations, British legion, paras etc
If I can't make will do my 2 mins anyway :y

Used to take my dad every year to the local do. Sadly, he passed away three years ago, but I still go every year, as a mark of respect... My son, 24 comes when he is not working, and wears his grandad's medal to as he promised to. Means a lot to us all really.....

but its not ours anymore, its been sold to the eu and anyone else who wants to come here and have it.
