theres a concorde round by the hangers just sitting there or has that gone as well  ::)

someone told me it was built by airfix at a cost of 30k, how true that is i dont know

The model that was outside Heathrow is now at the Brooklands museum, by the way. Keep meaning to pay a visit there.

i dont think theres access through there no more cause of the arms reach access to the planes would be a big threat for terrorists. when a plane went through, the gates opened and you would sit and wait for about 10mins, you could of blew a plane up within 5 seconds,  i sat on the hill and watched them all come in to land on the last flight.  was a real buzz.

There isn't going to be many if any British icons left soon. i think there will be a 100Ft For sale sign up at dover soon One country  :"Many careless owners" Some service history selling for parts or repair  ;D
