Agreed Nickbat, we are in this situation now there is no getting out of it. I'd like to think if our great nation was attacked with nuclear weapons that we'd counter attack to assure the M.A.D. of our enemies. Hahahahahahahaha

Bloomin Makems......enough.......... :D :D :D

OK can we stop with the end of the world stuff or I will bring back the bus thread..... :( :( :(

I agree wholeheartedly with you Vamps. :y

Whether it's skirmishes around the world, "global warming" or swine flu, there are always the doom-mongers ready to crawl out of the woodwork, with their visions of Armageddon. In fact sometimes, you'd be forgiven for thinking that they actually enjoy being so negative...(even though they are consistently wrong). ::)

I think there should be some OOF members parading up and down Oxford Street with signs saying "The End of Your Crank Sensor is Nigh".

They would, after all, stand more chance of being right in their prophecy.  ;)  ;D

A dangerous and unaccountable rogue state......much like Israel in that respect... ::) ::) :-X

Regarding Israel, this is one of those occasions when I will have to completely disagree with you Opti.  I'm sad to say.

I'd agree with Opti, the only difference is N Korea is backed by China rather than the USA - but they're both dangerous rogue states who've shown little regard for the outside world  :o
I have heard some ludicrous nonsense in my time, but........ :o ::)

Israel defend themselves with carefully considered action, and sometimes the best form of defence is attack. I fully support Israel. Imagine if they caved in, the situation there would be a whole lot worse if they should any sign of weakness.

I don't think you can compare the two. NK is run by a crackpot!

Israel just defends itself from terrorist scum, and unfortunately for them, Israel have the upper hand, which I for one am pleased about.

Consider this: 'you don't see many jewish suicide bombers.'

Nick, capitalist system always need new markets and lands to invade.. or else it will fail and come to a halt like it did before and then and now..

because markets are not infinite deep to consume all goods , neither the fields or mines are infinite to supply the necessary raw material..

remember in 1930 during the crisis the rules and laws applied all were reverse until the war began..

and same is true now.. all precautions applied are state control origin to prevent the system from a complete crash.. but imo they cant continue like that forever, a new war will clear most of the economic problems.. dont know why that sounds very familiar to me from history (some hundred years ago) ;D

The Palestinians fight with what they have...(as would any other country)  ...In their case it is usually a few kids throwing stones.....some antiquated WW2 rockets and yes ...their lives too....Israel is an irresponsible nuclear superpower which sadly employs the same "Might is right" foreign policy that the American's love so much.

Israel should learn a little contrition...some hope.. :-/ :y

They dont fight for what they have. They try and succeed in murdering innocent people. You seem to be talking this murder down. Antiquated WW2 rockets, they still kill people.
