An interesting phone call

I just had a phone call from some company claiming to be working on behalf of Microsoft... 

They gave me some 0151 number and that I should only call them in future...

They then proceded to tell me that they would show me what they do by performing a free virus infection health check....

At this point, I turned round on them and said...

 "If you think I am going to let the firewall down to let some company, I have never heard of have access to my computer???  You can go forth and multiply mate!!!"  and hung up...

Put a smile on SWMBO's face though...

A scam like this was on the news last week.

They said to do as the OP has done & hang up :y :y
