too much time on my hands
« on: 30 November 2010, 14:53:49 »

sitting here most of the day with legs on coffee table doing nothing. smoking 40 -60 fags a day. not far off a loaf of bread a day and eating other stuff. wouldnt be so bad if i could do some of the jobs here need doing. my back isnt that bad at the moment so want to be sure i'm ready this time rather than risk going back to work too early again and in agony the first day.

I reckon it's the Golf that is doing your discs in Richie! The swing causes uneven wear on the lower  lumbar vertebrae & displaces the discs. :(

funny thing is i feel better usually after golf and the long walking round the course. its the arthritis and the imflamation so ive been told. thats why i need the botox in between my discs, been waiting since may for the appt to see the consuntant that does it.
