Any1 now about the O2 mini exec (XDA)?
« on: 14 May 2007, 20:04:15 »

Its just starting to pee me off  >:(

Basically i have a XL spreadsheet on it....that ok doesnt understand all the formulaes ive been using....but for the last 5 months has been ok synching with my laptop (XP Pro with 2003 Office) and my laptop does understand the formulaes and shows what i need to know. But for the last few days when i close the XL file on the xda its been giving me an error of 'error closing' and losing all the data ive inputed during the day  >:(

I thought the file size may have been a prob as its getting to 500k.....ok not big....but maybe a prob for an xda.....so i chopped it down to under 100k....and still losing data on closing XL file  >:(

I guess the file may be corrupted and will have to start again with a new XL spreadsheet  :-/

Any ideas?

does it let you progressively save data without closing the program? if so, try to save the work, then transfer it to your laptop

might not be a direct solution but it should be one way to avoid losing it

is the info stored on a SD card?

it sound like the card is starting to falter, i have had the same issues with my Micro SD in my M3100.

i would suggest taking the info off the card, reformatting it and seeing how you go

Cut and paste it into a new spreadsheet, should cure the problem.
