My wife made up an Irish lamb Stew at 8 o'clock this morning and it's been simmering away in the slow cooker all day .
It smells lovely ( and is driving our three cats crazy  >:() but I have to say I'd much rather have that Beef Stew of yours Lizzie .
I'm neither a lamb nor pork man, Beef every time please..........
Enjoy it  :y
