The mind boggles - although I'm not at all surprised by it considering the dearth of good sense being exhibited by many of those in positions of responsibility.

Aside from their questionable policy (above) if I were to fancy a pizza, Pizza Hut would the the last place I would head towards.

Same for most of us I think, in fact that's all 'fast food' outlets as far as I'm concerned.  :y

Be it based upon colour, gender, sexuality, religious or socio-economic difference; such ignorant prejudice has never gone away......it would seem to be a human achilles-heel; the fear and unprovoked-dislike of "otherness".

I`m minded of a movie character whom said: "Aint from around here, is ya boy!"......I fear that the same irrationally negative gut-feeling is still programmed into many. :'(

They should be thankful they were even acknowledged by the staff. The last couple of times I went into a Pizza Hut I walked out again because, after standing there waiting to be seated for 5 minutes or more, not one member of staff acknowledged my existence. >:(

They won't get another chance. The food isn't worth the wait anyway. ;)

I'm not surprised people walk out of Pizza Hut without paying, the food is crap. It's not fit for a dog

asking certain customers to pay in advance but this was up to the discretion of staff.
He added: ‘We do not tolerate any form of discrimination,

what a pratt  he needs sacking  end off >:(

Big Fish?

Quite so Deb and many of those very authors of such piquant observation can themselves conceal some very disturbing traits;

This guy walks into a bar in Arkansas and orders a white wine.

Everybody sitting around the bar looks up, surprised, and the bartender looks around and says: "You ain't from around here, are ya... where ya from, boy?"

The guy says, "I'm from Iowa."

The bartender asks, "What th' hell you do in Iowa?"

The guy responds, "I'm a taxidermist."

The bartender asks, "A taxidermist... now just what th' hell is a taxidermist?"

The guy says "I mount animals."

The bartender grins and shouts out to the whole bar, "It's OK boys, he's one of us!"

Sorry but I find this story very hard to believe ::) ::) ::)

If it is true, then it is purely and utterley illegal under the Race Discrimination Act and legal action can be taken against Pizza Hut.  Simples! :y :y

I heard a group of Irish lads had to pay upfront the night before,
They did a runner before the food came. ;D ;D
