have ordered a laptop for my grandaughter & was told delivery would be on or before 6th. but because of adverse weather conditions there may be delays. H.D.N.L are the couriers. i was told it had been dispatched from liverpool at 00.22 on the 4th destined for hull and on to my address. the company have constantly blamed the weather. however today iv,e found out its ended up in droitwich, about  150 miles out of the way.  :'

yes andy its all they say. but to leave hull its approx 45ml to my house, but its left hull & gone south 150mls. the reviews for this company are all negative. i also ordered something on sat order processed on the monday , parcel received tuesday. different courier.
