if you go to royalmail.com, and use track and trace, you will be able to find out 9roughly0 where it's posted from.
also, there's usually a sticker with return addrress on the back? might provide some clues

Someone was asking a couple of weeks ago about getting some keys repaired when he visits this country in December, can't remember who it was now or where he's from though but you were recommended.
Perhaps it them ?
