Omega unlocked
« on: 17 December 2010, 22:15:44 »

My Omega is unlocked and parked on the street. :o

No chance of it being stolen though. ;)

All the doors are completely frozen, following yesterday afternoon's rain, then snow, then frost, then today's snow and a current temperature of -6c.

I tried opening the drivers door, but it would not move more than 1micron. Unfortunately, though, that seems to have been enough to make the car refuse to lock itself again. I've tried pushing the door back, but to no avail. Tried de-icer to open it, but no luck. Looks like I'll have to wait until tomorrow and get a hairdrier on it.  :(

Use the door lock? Lighter on the key, then put it in the lock always works a treat, of warm water around the edge of the door as said  ;)
