I knew I forgot to buy something, yesterday..

Ah well, too late now, just enough time left to attempt to make the kitchen look less like a building site before the parents arrive.  :D

Mrs TheBoy was spitting feathers at Tescos yesterday. Brackley's Tesco isn't exactly the largest, and never really stocks anything useful.

She's just boogered off to Oxford to try the supermarkets over there...

Me, I don't care. I don't really like mince pies and xmas pud.  As long as she has the stuff to make me a cheesecake and a trifle, that will do for me (on top of the turkey and trimmings, obviously!)

I can guarantee there will be no Milk for Santa in this house, Miss Vamps will leave him a rather decent size Whisky....

Started my Christmas shopping at 1 PM today. Walked onto the high street and immediately bumped into one of my mates from CAMRA and before I knew it I'd spent an hour in the pub. ::)

Quick whip round the shops, and Mrs. KW didn't even remember that she'd asked me to get some stuff (promptly forgotten!) when I'd got home, luckily. :-X
