i wont even set foot in there stores let alone work there, we got a 2 storey one being built here, shops have been closing down alreday cause of them.  >:(

they got turned down 4 times for planning permission, so took the council to the high court who overturned the decision. in the end parade of 15 shops, 12 are now fast food takeaways, tescos seem to be able to buy there way in anywhere, nobody wants it here, there is a huge store just 3 miles from here. they have bought the pub in yeading and knocking it down for an extended car park as well.

they did pretty much the same at the new one in welling where the mrs works

The brainwashed say it will bring "choice". Well, we already have a choice between Sainsburys, M&S, Iceland, half a dozen or more independent small food shops, a market, occasional farmers markets, etc.

If this goes ahead we'll end up with a "choice" of Tesco or Sainsburys. Whoopee doo. >:(

Those would be fantastic :D Although .. can you imagine the size of the trolley dings you'd get in the carpark?

Don't care I want them! Like I also want those trainers which have wheels in the heel  8-)

But they don't do them in size 12  :(
