Hi all we ordered a toilet from wickes on 23/08 and paid £25 to have delivered on the 27/08.
needless to say it didnt arrive. I ahve been promised 4 different delivery day since including today and guess what its not coming. There service is a disgrace and all be warned dont order any thing from Wickes.

I was about to order a load of fence panels from Wickes :o :o
I think I will use one of the local, smaller suppliers instead.

That kinda stuff takes ages by fence post. :D

I wish Wickes would trellis the service isn't up to scratch, we idiots just seem to lap it up ::)

I have never used Wickes service. But as for me I have always trusted to parcel delivery service[/url]. If I order something – everything is delivered on time. They are really supposed to be the leading

I normally use my local builder merchant as they are cheaper than the chains (Cuprinol less than two-thirds of the price at B&Q!), but I've used Wickes before with no complaints. They did once truck up with only half the order, but they called me to let me know the rest was being loaded in the afternoon, and it came along a couple of hours later.  Which was nice.

Wickes emulsion is decent stuff by the way, but I'd steer clear of their gloss, it's a nightmare to use.
