Just came across this on the BBC site...http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-humber-12115179. I have certainly done this on more than one occassion and others have warned me.What ever next.......

I flashed a few people just the other day, police van was hiding along a road in thick fog and he probably had a very busy time that day...

Load of rubbish, just another example of how our state is becoming oppressive and arbitrary.

As for the CPS saying that cost isn't a consideration in prosecutions, I think they're lying.

It seems like a vindictive piece of nastiness to me.
