Seem to remember Kennedy had a few....................

Drew a pencil outline of a saloon chopped about, looked ok to me, the lines of it  looked "right".

A good project for the mechanically adept, don't you think?

The B post seem to have a fair bit of flex in them as it is so I suspect you'd need B posts made from 6" box section to even have a chance of hinging a rear door from it. Which is probably the reason for the above Lincoln to have rear suicide doors. :y

I always thought it was for the FBI to hide behind in case of attack......................gave protection with the front doors open from two sides!

Remember that being one of the criteria for the american govt buying them for Pres Kennedy according to their archives the doors were armoured with 25mm plate.

If you can keep watching past the utterly idiotic opening (blokes trying to do Jackass, basically) sequence..

I think it suits the car, particularly the shot with the rear headrests still fitted, unless it was my imagination ::) ::)  not the best conversion but judging by the van in the background it was a scrapper anyway... :y
