two men from scotland have brought a case against the  hotel owners for discrimination.

If it was worded in the following way would it be OK to laugh ?

"An asian came home one night and told his wife that he just saw 5 other asians giving a BNP member a kicking. The wife asked if he had jumped in to help and he told her that he didnt as he thought 5 of them was enough". :-/
