well now home and very drained, 12hrs of tests all through the night has taken it out on me,they took 17 bottles of blood, blood pressure every half hr, x rays, c t scan and stuff put in me veins. bp down from 168 to 95 pumped up with tramadol and amoxycilin i can say i feel quite good.  ;)
got to go back for mri  scan and full c t scan and more other tests to see how bad it is. although i'm gutted this disc disease is worsening and i have sinus probs again im glad i changed my mind for once and went up there last night.

thanks for all the kind words from everyone, it really did make me feel better inside.  :) :y :y

Glad your'e home mate & best wishes. As for the gel thing i had to have that nearly 30 years ago when i had my appendix out @ 18. Being cut out the wreckage was more enjoyable as is sinus pain leading to a migraine.

    There are certain types of bloke who actually enjoy it???? :o
