litter bugs

I saw an eco friendly, non polluting law abiding planet saving cyclist today... throw an empty plastic bottle, after finishing the contents, into a bush.  >:(

(to be honest ive got nothing against cyclists, but what a cheeky tinker!)

I've got nothing against them either so long as they have to pay road tax or cycle path tax and have insurance for when they damage cars/people etc.... >:(

I tried explaining to a cyclist that if cars didnt pay road tax there would be no road to ride on... but it fel on deaf ears.  ::)
