yep,old bedford commercial lump,it came in 2.2,2.6 and 3.3 if I remember right

I had one of those, same colour as well! superb for wheel spinning away from the lights (Iwas 19) but it was rotten as a pear and smelt like a mushroom farm inside due to the leaky windscreen The seller must be on drugs, a mint one isnt worth that, and he probably paid fifty quid for it to some poor sap

Yep, I had that engine in a Bedford 'J' Series ambulance that I had, hard pushed to exceed 50mph though.........
