I do like some of these conversions of bodyshells into something completely different, and this one is pretty mental!

The one I wanted many years ago was Robin Hood's conversion of the Rover SD1 platform into a Ferrari 365GTB/4.  There was only an inch difference in the wheelbase and width of the underpinnings so the end result was very convincing.

I did see somewhere a conversion of the Peugeot 406 into a Ferrari, which in some pics looked very good as well, in others though it was a bit wrong.
