Stoner was being held back by the Ducati last season IMO. They will have to change it for Rossi, which will take time, but when it's sorted.....look out. Second half of the season will be very interesting indeed, as opposed to merely interesting in the first half.  :y

Hopefully we will see some closer action in the big class as it all seemed to be happening in Moto 2 and 125 last year. There was onlt Japan iirc where there was retaking of the lead more than once between Rossi and Lorenzo.Lorenzo's scufed leathers gave it away  ;)

If Rossi follows his normal MO then it will be this year getting the bike right next year win.

Should be an interesting year. Rossi on an Italian bike is a dream come true. :y

Second day of testing is showing that the Hondas are out of the box the quickest,Pedrosa topping the timsheets.Being fast in practise means nothing when the lights go out though.

Predictions? Spies is impressive. Will he make the top 3?

If Rossi has a good bike he will win.
If Lorenzo has a better bike than Rossi he might win
Stoner will fall off quite a lot, and will blame Honda,Rossi, everyone else.
Pedrosa will crash almost as much as Stoner, but break more bones every time he does.
Spies will get his first win.
Carl Fogarty will issue a press release stating that if he could be arsed, he could give them all a one lap head start and still win every race by at least two laps, because he is of course the greatest rider on two wheels - ever.
Colin Edwards will state before the first race that this is going to be his year - he will finish ninth in every race.
Suzuki will test a GSXR600 engine in the race chassis after the second race, just on the off chance that it has more grunt than the works engine.
James Toseland will say that he isnt doing very well in WSB because he is saving his energy and talent for his return to MOTOGP in 2012 when he is going to clean up.
Charlie Cox will ask at some point during the season why all the cars only have two wheels.
Troy Bayliss will test the Ducati - for a bit of fun.
Nicky Hayden will look very worried, when Bayliss is two seconds a lap faster than him.
Rossi will win the championship by one point from Lorenzo, and say " it would make much very easier if I dont riding with three broken legs, but anyway, I am mucho happiness, ciao".
 :)

Your so right, but I'm going for Stoner. Nobody could ride the Ducati the way he did. If he does that on the Honda, and they fix the Hondas front end, which it looks like they have, then Stoner will be very hard to beat.....  IMO.
