get your Sky TV from anyone, legally

Broadcasters cannot stop customers using cheaper foreign satellite TV equipment to watch Premier League football, an EU legal adviser has said.

not law yet, but soon will be.....unless Rupert leans on them of course - he's not like that tho  :y

It won't be "Sky TV" it will be another broadcasters programs, so if you want Spanish programs, then sure, take them up.

Whats key there is "Sky and ESPN have the broadcast rights to Premier League football in the UK"

Sky legally has the rights to broadcast it in the UK, the Premier League won't be keen giving rights to a tin pot EU company, just look what happened to Setanta.

I think you'll find they already have.  It's just that by localising the market they can simulate lack of competition and sell to multiple clients for more than the sum of the parts.
Sorry your employer stands to lose. ;D
