Rough trot mate. Hope it gets sorted. I had my umbilical Hernia done a year ago to the day & it's just starting to go again. I was 17 ish stone when it was done but slobbed for a month then light duties at work resulting in 19 stone 9llb!! I want to lose wieght before going back to the doctor so have been eating tomatoes, raw onion, celery, cucumber & radishes chopped up & mixed with low fat cottage cheese & coleslaw. Cut the sarnies down from 2 big loaves a week to one small weighidiotcher granary loaf & NO evening meal. I only have one coffee a day & drink oxos as a hot drink instead (13 calories) My movements are all over the place & totally unpredictable (nuff said) & being the complete slob i am i really miss watching telly in bed with a huge plate of curry. I'm even missing cooking it as well as eating it.
What encourages me & reinforces my self discipline is from 19/9 this morning i was 18/7 after 3 weeks & counting! :y

If you're really committed to losing weight.  ;D

Suggest you install the cassette loo from the caravan in place of the driving seat in  the truck if you want to try it though. :D

It is. I've gone a whole four hours myself on nothing more than cigs and water, oh and a couple of cups of coffee.
Ozzie hasn't eaten for ages either, due to his cat food bowl being empty. ;D
