ok.. after dropping 2 kidney stones.. I did a bit research starting with diets , what to eat etc.. the list seems a bit depressing as I like chocolates , coffe , meat all bad things however I found some interesting things so decided to share with the group..

seems like coke and asparagus works well :-?

imo it explains why I start to suffer after I give up drinking coke :-/

and here is the recipe for home

buy a 6 pack coke (I wont recommend diet style as it includes too much aspartan) and start to drink them in mid morning .. every 20-25 minutes drink one.. after you reach your limit , eat the asparagus (6 oz) in puree form..

that was the recipe people advice.. I will see if my stomach can withstand against this much coke :-/

actually asparagus is diuretic here you can also use diuretic drugs instead..

What with all the sugar and caffeine you'll have consumed in a short space of time, you'll be bouncing off the walls and completely unable to do much of anything I reckon, much less operate a food processor

I think the theory is that coke decreases the ph level of urine and dissolves the stones.. however you must not have diabet problem.. or else you will leave this world a bit early  :-/

Coke I can live without but Asparagus.... Food of the gods. It grows well here cultivated and wild. I can't get enough of the stuff every Spring

I've never eaten either asparagus or coke, the former looks like it belongs in a tampon tube & the latter is better burnt in a fire rather than eaten imho

I give up for coke nearly 14 months ago.. but then kidney stone problems popped..first one last year but not that bad, this year was worse and I fear that it will continue..

Yes, I know how painful they can be Cem, my brother suffered with them and was doubled up in pain a few times
