It's the same here (and anywhere else): lots of people claiming that they can do xyz! You can only hope to impose yourself with quality and affordable prices.

My brother runs the web/graphic business, for 4 years now, and it seems to me that he is quite good and has potential.

What are the average prices for a static web-page (3-5 sub-pages) on UK market? My brothers team does it for around 300-500$ (desing+creation+domain+hosting). Don't hold me on this price for nickels, but it's something like that.

We haev a fair bit done here.
