Aye, it's a funny old game alright  :y

Only O'Gara's drop goal in the last two minutes saved Ireland from defeat against Italy last week, yet Italy were woefull yesterday...and Ireland push France all the way today.

Unfortunately Ireland were the instigators of their own defeat.

You can't afford to give away cheap penalties in your own half in International rugby. The kickers are just too good.

I thought the comment ... "This was Irelands match .. everything good as well as everything bad was Irish"  just about summed it up.

The French defensive line, and the ability to turn defence into attack, means England will have to work a lot harder than they did against Italy.
