Photobucket works well. Dropbox works as well, and probably easier once all set up, but can be slow at times.

Flickr and Imageshack always seem to be slow, which causes issues here :(

Photobucket, for sure.

Avoid Photobox - garbage of the highest order

Hi,

This extract is from here, hope it helps  :y
http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?virboard=Newbies;num=1209458172

Avatars and Signatures
Not everyone has a 20 meg broadband connection to the forum and some use mobiles/PDA's.  Please keep avatars to below 75k to avoid annoyance to low bandwidth users. Also, keep the maximum size to 110 x 110 pixels.

For the same reasoning as per avatars, please keep signatures to less than 3 lines of std text. If using images, the maximum height is the equivalent of 3 lines of std text, and no wider than 640 pixels.

Regards  ;) :y

Don't worry about it.  Just need your photos tweeking to get them down to size and you'll be sorted.
Using a photo hosting site does make things a little more difficult as each have their own tools to sort it out.
Unfortunately its not like you can cut and paste or copy onto here direct which can add to the problem.

We've all experienced it.  You could always use the 'test zone' to check it all out before posting for real if it helps  :y

If you resized and reuploaded it is a "different" file .. so you'll have to change the link you used ?? If you've done that it might be cached in various places and take a while to actually chnage.. :)
