We knew each other from another forum. Long story, but we we were unhappy at the direction the other forum appeared to be taking at the time, so some of use left (and some barred  :-X) and set up this place 8th July 2006 so we could create a community of like minded enthusiasts...

Long story but I have know Dave since the Yahoo group, most of the first members were members of a Vauxhall forum, and we all migrated here.

I am pretty sure the admin all have known each other since the previous forum, well quite a few live near each other.

Currently, LB66 and MDTM are only a few miles apart.  AA and I live a fair way away from them and each other ;)

Remember, Ronnie McB, stepped down as an Admin at the end of last year...

Its a cracking forum, mrs miggy is a member of the renault 197 sport forum, not as good as this one and a lot of their members seem to have lost the plot of the forum.

I am hoping to attend some of the meets to put faces to names.

No so sure. Sure, there is a Nottingham/Derby contingent, but then with have pockets of members in other areas, even Brackley now, what with me, Tunnie, Omegatoy, BazMV6 all within 6 miles of me...
