japan and the whales its good news

just found out today that the whale fleet is returning to port after being hasled by the greens.watched this last year on discovey channel and was shocking,in fact i even sent a donation to help.going off to see if i can find some more info now.
just thought id post because the news has made my day. :y :y :y :y :y

Good on yer.

I think it is an absolute disgrace that there is a ban on certain whaling but the Japs get around it by doing it under the pretext of scientific hunting. WTF. They still eat it. Problem is the Japs eat so much fish and habits die hard. Can you imagine if we couldn't eat beef on the prodigous scale we do in the Uk.?

Without green groups god knows what excesses mankind would engage in. :'(

I have always thought of whaling vessels being used for navy practice. I read somewhere RN torpedos are best in the world.
