That's better, But Body & Mind Still Not There
« on: 20 February 2011, 10:34:49 »

Well after being ill with severe stomach trouble since Wednesday night I am this morning feeling a little better.  After side effects that included..................well let's politely put it this way...............I could have powered a small town.........in am now just very weak, and am again spending a forth day stuck indoors, in a mind state of dumbness!!

It is amazing what a simple organic illness that all us humans can suffer from can reduce you to a state where you just want to crawl away and die!!

I have certainly watched far too much daytime tv for my liking. although what it was all about I just do not know!  If WW3 had broken out, frankly, I would have not cared less :o :o :o :o

Suffered similarly here a few weeks back Lizzie, and lost a few days at work too :o
Copious amounts of boiled water and fruit juice as per the doctor's orders flushed the bug out. :y

You've gotta make a full recovery for your debut at Farnborough next weekend! :D

Seriously though, glad to hear that you're on the mend missus ;)

You have my sympathy Lizzie :y  as an all time sufferer :-/

generally a dark tea with some lemon inside can sort those problems (without sugar) (and if you are not unusual like me)

hope you will be well soon :y

It's good to hear you're picking up a bit now Lizzie, when a Female gets a touch of 'Man Flu' it can be very draining, not to mention mindboggling  mindnumbing! ;D ;)
Hope you're back to your usual lovely self soon  :-* :y

As someone with crohn's I can completely sympathise with your affliction.

Make sure you drink plenty of fluids, they may not spend long in your system which is why you need to drink lots  :y

Oh and dont forget to take on salts as well :y

As a ready said keep your fluid intake up, eat bananas. If you were stranded on the proverbial desert island with only water & one food bananas would keep you going the longest. Full of potassium & easy to digest.

Loving you from a distance, you smelly cow, Guy!!!!xx :y
