Let the theives decide?
« on: 22 February 2011, 20:52:44 »

getting a bit peed off getting up in a morn and hoping the old van is still where i left it not to mention i get soacked everytime it rains due to the knackered door...... so this mth ive taken advantage of the fact work is crying out for people to work overtime, putting in 60 hrs extra this mth now at the moment the combo van and the omega are staying, but as the title says if anyone else decides they would like to break into the van then sadly both the omega and van will be sold and my overtime will go with what i get for them towards a newer diesel motor i can use everyday for work, on a good note iam thinking of a dti omega :y I know the economy wont be no where as good as the combo van as this appears to run on fresh air ;) but am i going to see big savings from the 2.2 petrol its pretty much a 60 mph run to work bar a couple of 30 sections thru villages but i also do a lot of nipping about school run, shopping ect .
Its got to make a big significant difference mpg wise or ill end up looking at other models as the 2.2 was costing me around £70 per week which ive now halved running both motors as the omega doesnt really move until weekend
any thoughts then no fibbing just so i buy another omega ;D
