Well of course Gaddafi's personal accounts have been frozen, which are completely...............er, erm, separate from the Libyan Government funds that pay for the weapons.................

In other words Gaddafi and family will now use the national accounts for their parties!! Ah!!!  so that bit don't change!!!!!!!!!

Off on a slight tangent theres talk of Britain creating a no fly zone over Libya to prevent libyan aircraft bombing and machine gunning the protestors. (sarcasm warning) I've got a good idea we could send (1) an aircraft carrier armed with (2)Harriers and have a number of (3)Nimrods to over see and coordinate the operation.
