Gradual decline of Radio 2.
« on: 01 March 2011, 21:21:05 »

Jimmy Young, Jeremy politics Vine (Drone)? Wogan, Evans??? Johnny Walker, Simon Mayo??? It just keeps getting worse!!! :( Now we're losing Radcliffe & Maconie in the evenings.
Who makes these decisions & are they trying to turn the whole station more mind numbing than local radio?

The only good move was Sarah stuck up Kennedy doing one. No one that annoying should be inflicted on the general public in the first place. ::)

I still think Steve Wright is funny and I used to like Wogan when he was on, especially the Janet and John bits.

Radio 2 has declined changed. Still a million times better than dumbed-down Radio 1, which is clearly produced for stupid people. Actually, I think Radio is produced by stupid people.  And that useless fat idiot Moyles is about a funny as a bad dose of Tims.

Evening Pete. Wogan was hilariousm as was Janet & John. Not with you on Steve Wright though. He was great years back on Radio 1 but today it's all "Hi Steve love the show, wish my Granny happy birthday etc".

He's got bland, boring & talks through the "non stop" oldies!

Oh dear. I love Moyles show & listen every day. I know he is a fat self obsessed gobshite who can be REALLY irritating but who am i to sit in judgement of that??? He really pees me off at times but i love him & he has me in tears sometimes...morbid fascination, like slowing down to look at a car crash & the rest of the team really make it work.

I do understand how some folk hate him though, i do sometimes!! :y
